SURREALE.EU accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At the time of purchase, customers will be asked to enter the details of their credit card in a secure electronic banking system, provided by UBI BANCA.
Maximum safety purchases are guaranteed, since UBI BANCA manages all transactions. SURREALE.EU suggests, however, to adhere to services such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode, that require a security PIN code that increases the safety of the transaction. Customer service operators by SURREALE.EU are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or extremes of validity.
If the existing funds on the card are enough for purchase and the bank details provided are valid UBI BANCA will immediately send a debit confirmation: the customer will receive an email with a confirmation code of the transaction. SURREALE.EU reserves the right to require new customers the shipping of the order to the same billing address.
If you are a PayPal customer and have an already existing account, simply log in with your details and confirm your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may open one and confirm the payment. In case of returned goods, the amount will be credited back to the account used for the payment.
In case of choosing to pay via bank transfer, SURREALE.EU will send an order confirmation email including all payment details required to complete the bank transfer. As soon as SURREALE.EU receives the due amount in its bank account, the goods will be shipped. However, in case SURREALE.EU does not receive any indication from the customer nor the payment within 5 days from the date on which the order was placed, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The selection available on SURREALE.EU reflects the real, current availability of the articles, by size and color, since the website is linked to the warehouses where all the items are and therefore data regarding availability is updated in real time. Once an order is received, SURREALE.EU reserves the right to confirm the availability of the purchased items as well as to verify the validity of the credit card transaction and details of previous transactions made by the customer on the website. If the purchased items are not available, or for some reason the order cannot be processed as required by the customer, SURREALE.EU will immediately send a communication to the customer.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All orders are shipped with an invoice in Euros (EUR) showing the exact total amount of the purchase in accordance with the rules governing international trade.
Shipping rates depends on the country of delivery.
- EUROPE: free Shipping on all orders over € 150,00
- UK: free Shipping on all orders over € 150,00
- OTHER COUNTRIES: free Shipping on all orders over € 600,00
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 48 hours of the receipt of the order.
- Orders are dispatched upon the verification of the authenticity of the payment received.
- Please note that all customs fees are paid by the customer, and are not included in the prices shown on the website.
SURREALE.EU reserves the right to refuse to process orders and/or service in any moment.
SURREALE.EU uses TNT for its deliveries all over the world, except for Russia.
- Deliveries within Italy: 3 working days
- Deliveries within the European Union: 4-5 working days
- Rest of the World: 10 working days
SURREALE.EU is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to customs inspections and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Upon delivery of the package, customers are asked to inspect it thoroughly before signing to confirm the delivery of the order. Goods become property of the customer once the package is signed for.
- If upon delivery, the package appears to have been obviously tampered with, we suggest customers to sign the delivery with reserve or to reject it.
- In case the customer refuses to accept the package, all return shipping costs and custom fees charged to SURREALE.EU will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
- In case it is not possible to deliver the package to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the SURREALE.EU and all return shipping costs and custom fees will be will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
This section is helpful to all those customers who for some reasons are not satisfied with the purchase and want to return the item(s), unworn and not used, and therefore want to request a refund or an exchange.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping fees, as well as any custom fees, are paid for by the customer.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all the original tags and accessories, including the authenticity tag and the security seal that should not be cut or broken.
- Products must be returned in the same condition they were originally dispatched: not worn, used, altered or damaged in any way.
- Damaged returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
- To make a return, customers must completely fill out the Return Form (section 'ORDERS', link 'Return Item(s)').
- Within 3 working days, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all the instructions on how to proceed to make the return. Customers must strictly follow these instructions.
- SURREALE.EU reserves the right to inspect the returned items to verify their integrity. If the items do not meet the above-mentioned return conditions, the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- SURREALE.EU reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns.
- Items can be changed for the same model in a different size or color, if available.Return shipping fees as well as custom fees are paid for by the customer, You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchange with a different model or item is not accepted.
- In case the requested color or size is not available, the item can be returned free of shipping charges. The customer will be askd to pay for Custom fees.
- The shipping of the item required in exchange is free of charge. However, free shipping is only possible for one exchange per item.
- In case of defective or incorrect items following a mistake attributed to SURREALE.EU customers are asked to follow the same return procedure.
- In these cases, SURREALE.EU will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
- Refunds will cover only the prices of the returned items (i.e. not including shipping costs and custom fees)
- Refunds will be made within 10 working days of SURREALE.EU receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds to credit cards usually take up to 5 working days to appear on the statement (processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank).
- The refund will be made on the same credit card or on the same account used by the customer for payment.
- Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdrawal the order for any reason, as regulated in Decree 206/2005 (consumer code). This right may be exercised by customers "consumers" only (persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional, entrepreneurial or commercial activity).
